Jewelry Diva

Kailey is definately her GG's daughter. She LOVES jewelry and clothes and anything else she deems, "preeetttyyy". The other day we were picking up her pics at Pennys. I decided that she needed to blow of some energy, so we started to walk the store. She was doing great. She kept up, didn't pull things off hangers. When we went down the escalator she kept going, "weeeee-weeee"! Apparently it must have felt like going down a slide, because that is what she does then too. Anyhoo, like I said, she was doing well. Then, we hit the jewelry section. She stopped in midstride. Her eyes got wide with wonder at all of the treasures she had found. Out shot the pointer arm and pointer finger..."Preeettty, Preeettty, Preeettty!!!" She advanced in on the rounders of bracelets and earings like a kid, well, like a kid in a jewelry store. She kept trying to get to the bracelets, which was fine until she realized she could get them off the racks!! Yikes! I had to pull her away. And, then the tears came...Shoppers were actually stopping at staring at the poor kid who was obviously being tortured. Thank goodness the next section was shoes and that is the one thing she likes more than jewelry...well besides clothes....

These pics are from GG's house. Since GG wanted to ensure that she started out life on the right foot, She gave Kailey her own basket of beaded necklaces. Kailey likes to put them all on at once, completing her Mr. T start up kit.
