Happy Easter

A few days before Easter, Georgia gave her the Easter bunny you see by her basket. We "got" to listen to Here Comes Peter Cottontail... about a thousand times before Easter. But, Kailey loved it and it got her in the Easter mood. She was excited to come down and see what the Easter Bunny had brought her. Here is her response..

.I love how she thanks the Easter Bunny. Later as she was opening and looking through her basket, I asked her if the Easter Bunny did a good job. Her reply? "He did, he did!" It was fun. Around noon, we met the family for a brunch and an Easter Egg Hunt back at the Grandparent's Casa. GG and Grandma both made baskets for her and the Easter Bunny hid eggs all over the house for the kids to find. It was so funny to watch Kailey. Once she figured out what she was supposed to do, she was zooming all over the place collecting eggs. Running and looking high and low, she was able to fill her basket with all of her eggs. She and Daddy sat and opened them all. Throughout the entire process Kailey kept saying, "Oh My" and "My Goodness!" It was just too funny! All in all Easter was a lot of fun and it was made even better because we got to spend it with the family.

Thanks! we had to get it out of her face. Unfortunately, she thinned it out quite a bit, so it doesn't dry as nicely as it used to. Oh well, can't have it all.

Ditto on Jess' haircut comment. It is adorable! And the dress is cute, too. She's really growing up! Time for another one!
